PG's Rebecca Dirks is On Location at NAMM '09 where she swings by the 65 Amps booth. In this video, we get a chance to hear from 65 Amps co-founders Dan Boul and Peter Stroud, as they walk us through their latest "small-big" amp, the Lil' Elvis. While this sucker doesn't carry all the watts like many other 65 Amp models, it still provides that punch and ability to clean up when neccessary. Also, this amp marks a first for 65 Amps as the Lil' Elvis is their first amp to come in under $2000.

Found it, tried it, loved it, bought it :)

I'm very pleased to finally try an amp that actually is fantastic on clean as well as overdriven sounds... Now I don't have to spend huge amount of money on a Vox AC30 and a vintage marshall as this baby got it all...
The Cornford Hurricane is a good substitute if this one is too expensive... but Lil Elvis got the little extra like a great tremolo and the "bump" which the Hurrican lacks..

in Mexico the become fond of musicians as I do not have the possibilities of acquiring an amplifier of that quality by their cost, to bring it to our country legally we would pay a fortune in taxes but the price of the amplifier, for a fan, is something impossible, a dream, is the best sound than I listened and that never have the possibly of adquire a jewel like 65 Amps. the best thing of the best thing.
