Brett Petrusek is On Location at NAMM '09 where he stops by the True Temperament Fretting System booth. In this segment, Brett learns a little more about the development process, how they are formed, applied to the fretboard and most importantly, how these crooked silicon bronze frets can improve your intonation and overall playing tone.

I own one of these necks and bending the strings doesnt get effected by the bent fret. I play lewd on it all the time on it and it works great

Is this my Psycho Buddy? (Buckethead)

On their website they have videos of them playing leads and rhythms. To my ear it sounds "too sweet" -I guess after 25yrs of training my ears to conventional guitar intonation being in tune sounds annoying.
Electric/ rock guitar sounds better in a more "edgy" tuining...

stuntman, you must not be aware of a guitarist by the name of Steve Vai, he uses and endorses these fret systems on his Ibanez... last time I checked he can play a lead or two

might be good for fretting chords, but what about bending? Guess this is only good for chord work, but not lead.
