PG's Joe Coffey is On Location in Petaluma, CA, where he tours the Mesa Boogie factory. In this video segment, we get to check out two of Mesa' most important areas; Mesa Founder Randy Smith's workshop and design room. We see all the old prototypes, which have spawned several designs and how Randy designs their plated-through circuit boards with curved lines for various tape widths for connecting all the components on the board.

Yeah, no kidding. Camera guy needs to mellow out and hold still.

Great info, but terrible camera work. I felt nauseous after
10 minutes...

Great series of videos. Thanks PG and Mesa. You guys rock! (AND roll - especially the Tolex :) In fact this is very shrewd on Mesa's part because it's a great selling tool.

I have owned a Lone Star version II now for about a year. All I can say is this is THE BEST amp out there to me. I tried pretty much everything. I liked the Dr. Zs but needed more for the buck. I also own an original 65 Fender Black face. I can say I have the two best amps on the planet. I have been playing for 37 years pro and semi pro, the LoneStar is the way to go for versatility.

I have tried many amps. I am still drawn to the Lonestar. My guitars respond best to Mesa Boogie amps. I never knew all of the sounds they could make until I plugged into a Lonestar amp.

I own a MB Mark IV combo with custom wood and really, really like it. After watching this series I have a much better appreciation of what when in it and how. This is one great amp as all MB's. Quality out can only be as good as the quality in. Nice job.
