like most guitar companies seriously lacking in the style department.(no offense) i'm a huge fan of old school design with quality parts and craftsmenship. but i'd love to hear more about the bold claim of 90+ tones...those two knobs must go to 11. love the finishes stay outside the box.

After viewing the Vid, I immediately went searching for the Outlaw website but only found that there currently isn't one:<(
Go Daddy said it's expired or some such.
Any ideas where I can find Outlaw Guitars line-up of products?

I've got to admit that the lack of a cutaway would be a deal-breaker for me as far as the Mule goes, but it sure sounds good! That Tele (Supercaster?) is right up my alley, though--the leather trim is too cool!

Also noted a tuning issue with the demo after the country bit. That low E was out a tad. Hmmmm.

As a retro design it's great. I can see the top frets being out of touch for some solos, but this is a basic chording guitar from what I gathered.

Well, A.) I wouldn't call myself a Thrasher, but thanks, I guess... and B.) It's the six frets one can't get to easily that I was asking about. C.), It's not a negative comment, simply objective criticism about functional guitar design, and not a personal attack or attempt to sway buyers-- and, D.) my guitars will be along shortly.
If you're looking for more new models we might have spoken about that in a less public forum...we have more in common than you might believe.
If I were you I'd be more worried about the comments you won't hear, if only glowing responses got printed there'd be none at all so far. I did say I applaud your boldness, it's sorely lacking in the Guitar world. The Mule sounds good and is funky-cool in its own way. That I did not comment on its positives was a matter of economy and the fact that they are evident in the video.
I'm just saying what others will think and not say, so try to calm down. If you're going to be in the business of presenting new ideas you'd best get used to hearing the bad with the good. They (PG) asked for my opinion and I gave it, at the loss of my own time, for your benefit. You're welcome.

Having designed a ton of guitar models, I appreciate the temerity it took to turn this one out as shown, but isn't the lack of upper-fret access fairly serious here? Sure, it's got a real retro vibe, but how long before it starts getting looked at as a lap-steel? I realize they aren't making thousands of 'em, but that's gotta cut way down on potential customers. Any plans to whack a chunk out of that top treble bout?
