PG's Joe Coffey is On Location in Des Moines, IA, where he catches up with blues guitar-slinger Joe Bonamassa. In this video segment, we catch up with Joe as he talks and plays us through the current line up of guitar effects on his pedalboard for the current tour.

He demos some of his favorite amp and effect setups including a Way Huge Pork Loin, a Fuzz Face (custom-made by George Tripps), a replica of an old Whirlwind phaser, a BOSS DD-3 Digital Delay, a TS-9 Tube Screamer, a Fulltone Tremolo and a rackmounted TC Electronic TC2290 delay.

If you were paying attention to the interview.... the tape is to save the settings during transport.

Joe has a video on youtube where he shows all settings on the various pedals he uses. Typically they are at 12 or 10.

Copy Cat - So the only thing preventing you from sounding like Joe is the exact settings of your effects. That's lame!

Did you even watch the whole video copy cat?? He says exactly that the tape is to keep him from bumping the knobs and that it's NOT to keep it secret. Way to go!

What's with the tap covering all of the pedal knobs? Please tell me it's to keep the knobs from accidentally being moved. If it's to hide Joe's special settings so we won't copy him, that's so lame.
