PG's Joe Coffey is On Location in Des Moines, IA, where he catches up with blues guitarist extraordinaire Joe Bonamassa. In this portion, Joe talks and demos his current lineup of amps for the ongoing tour.

In this video segment, Joe shows off his amplifier setup during the 2009 tour. The four amp collection includes a 20 year old custom Bogner Uberschall, a Marshall Jubilee, a JB-100 Carol-Ann (1 of 10) and a Van Weelden Twinkleland, which according to Joe is the only one in the US.

Eric Johnson on 12/12/2009	His Eric Johnson comment was classic. About 5 seconds before he said it that was exactly what I was thinking! JB seems like a real cool, down to Earth guy.
Uncle Eric on 12/11/2009	I love the preemptive eric johnson comment at the end. Takes the wind right out of all the D-bag haters' sails. Looks like JB doesn't use many effects and pedals, but it's still a very sophisticated way to build a killer ballsy tone by layering certain amp combinations. Interesting that even what he calls "clean" has a good dose of hair on it. I really appreciate that guitar, amp and touch is what is most essential to his style and sound. And it's clear he is a no BS genuine master and student of the guitar.
