PG's Shawn Hammond is On Location for the 2010 New York Amp Show where he visits the Sommatone room. In this segment, we get to hear their latest head in action--the Overdrive 75. The Overdrive 75 is handmade and features true point-to-point wiring. It has custom Mercury Magnetics transformers, four 6L6s that are cathode biased, and three 12AX7 preamp tubes (five with Reverb). The controls include blendable Bright and Normal Volume controls, Master Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Presence.

Chris Mandel on 07/14/2010	Everyone has their own idea of what great tone is, and for me THIS IS IT! Of course it doesn't hurt to have someone like Chuck Hammer demo your gear. Definitely one of the highlights of the NY AMP show 2010, imho one the sweetest amps out there.
