Stomp Under Foot makes much better Muffs these days than EHX.

I like that Ge Big Muff! I might just have to get one. I used Big Muffs back in the '70's when they were about the best-sounding fuzz pedal around, and i agree with ETK--it doesn't sound like a Big Muff--I think it sounds better--for the way I play anyway. If you want the old Big Muff sound, get the regular one, but like frank9310, I found the low end on the old ones to be too flubby--great for Purple Haze or something like that, but not so good for more of an overdriven amp sound.

I dont like the Ge Big Muff sounds very much. It just is lacking something. Of course this is IMO, YMMV.

Ge Big Muff sounds cool, but it doesn't sound like a Big muff to me. More like a chunky overdrive than a creamy fuzz.

The Germanium Big Muff sounds killer! Though I've always wanted to like a Big Muff, every time I buy one, I wind up unloading it because it seems to suck tone and gets too flubby on the low end. This sounds like it solved that problem though I guess I'll need to try one out to be sure.
