The article is better than the demo. Great article in the mag this month which made me want to see the demo. Demo did not live up to the hype of the article. Very cool looking amp though. One of my favorites to date. Would have loved to have heard a few different guitars through this amp with perhaps someone else who could represent the different styles of playing. I think Premier Guitar should hire Greg V to do all their amp demos... I think he does the best job of anyone to date both playing and explaining IMO.

Gee, please....instead of being grateful that you get to take a look at an amp you probably could never afford, (I couldn't that's for sure) you guys rail this good kid for his efforts and for actually doing his job; what a bunch of jerks; this proves, once again, that most guitar wannabes are prideful, arrogant and lame, real musicians would get excited to see such a cool amp and actually provide some constructive comments not a bunch of pedantic bulls**T. Good job Jordan!!

Pretty funny how this video was advertised in an email that also advertises "10 Things All Guitarists Should Be Able to Do". Item #2: Tune up. Premiere Guitar staff: please read what you write.

Please... Tune the guitar next time. There's no excuse for being out of tune for a demo.

THIS is why I don't play Les Pauls anymore (Thanks for reminding me). Otherwise, this is another great-sounding booteek amp. I really like the color sceme of the amp, too, for a nice extra added touch. I kinda doubt those "real wood" TV legs will hold up long term but I do like them.

I'm really sorry... I'm sure Jordan is a great guy. But why would you ever post a Demo like this... My God! There must be some at least Half A$$ guitar players there. That's a very expensive amp... why such a poor Demo?

Nice demo Jordan, since L. Carlton had a hang nail, you got the point across. I also dig your Greco LP, as I'm a big Tokai fan! And for the critical tidbits, leave your #'s, as I'm sure Ford,Gambale, and Henderson could use some tips!

Amen! TUNE the bleeping thing! Sounded so bad I thought it was a REAL Les Paul!!!

I go outta tune all the time too. And since I'm not paying the man doing the demo, I'm not going around being the poo poo critic A-Hole.

My only suggestion would be to use guitars that are a standard reference point to judge against. A Strat, a Tele and a Les Paul to start with. Especially with an obviously retro style amp...I mean real Gibsons and Fenders as they are the industry standards...depending on the style of amp...for instance high gain heavy type amp reviews then use Ibanez and ESP and PRS guitars as the likely end users of those amps are likely to own those guitars...
