Tom Tom Tom how wrong u are, it's all about hand made and great luthiers, nothing can duplicate a certain tone, not a guitarist hands that's for sure. It's called brain washed. Take Gibson for instance, all cnc made are they worth 2000. To 3000. For a lespaul he'll no that's what a hand made guitar is suppose to cost get it, it's all a scam. Unless u like eying mcdonalds every day. Even famous top guitarist admit they represent companies guitars for the money and fame they get, while there favorite guitar is handmade by a very good luthier, it's called labour of love. Your right about one thing hand made very expensive not suppose to be that much. The market has gone all to shit.

Great video, love the tour. Makes you appreciate more the guitar you have on your hands.

Lou, hand-made guitars are fine for those can afford them, but factory-made guitars have made the instrument accessible even to those who don't have thousands of dollars to spend. Even factory-made guitars vary widely in tone due to variations in wood. In fact, the main variable in a guitar's sound is in the player's hands, not the luthier's. You should appreciate the good quality factory-made guitars that help us get to the stage in our playing where we might actually want (and afford) one of your hand-made creations.

Wow, how lucky we are to be able to visit this great guitar factory. I am impressed with how much hand work is still used along with the cnc and custom machines and jigs. I learned a lot. Thanks.

Being a hands on Lutherie it is really sad to see Robots and CNC machines taking the place of a human touch. Sure every guitar is identical and flawless but in doing so individuality and uniqueness of tone is lost. This is the epitome of cookie cutter, just imagine had Stradivarious used these methods what it would have done to the ultimate value of his instruments

Your mag is great. This interview could have been great but terrible production values. How about investing in a wireless mic. I like my Seagull folk
