Had a chance to finally see these guitars . Had heard many positive things , mainly concerning how light they were , and how good they sounded . Was starting to think it may be just a lot of hype - Well , much to my surprise ; it was not . The Mario Martin guitars are really some of the best I've seen . Nice people too . I had to laugh though , when I heard that C.F. Martin , has demanded they stop using the last name Martin . I mean c'mon !

I have a T-Master guitar made by Mario Martin. It's the nicest guitar I own and worth every penny.

I'm not sure why you would say that the price of these guitars is inflated. The amount of labor that goes into a U.S. made guitar by a small shop like these guys reflects the price. I think some people expect businesses to sell their product at a loss just because they don't want to spend over a certain amount for a guitar. A guitar like this might not be right for certain players but it is unfair to imply they are overpriced.

i'd like to see more filtertron action. maybe on some more hollow body designs, but not too much like the big body gretch's cause then they feedback like a mf.

Nice guitars. Check out G&L's ASAT (USA) if you are looking for T-Style guitars without the inflated price tag.
