I test drove a different model (not a mini) and was impressed. There is a lot you can get out of these amps, including a complex tone recipie. This review is fairly mello and you don't get a chance to hear the amp respond to heavier interaction with the guitar. The model I tried was not a sit down sound at all, and had a pedal for a few desired tone mixes. You rock, Crimsontone.

It would be nice to hear a drive pedal or better still a treble booster in front of this amp. I bet it would bring it alive and greatly improve it's functionality.I use a Sonic Ranger, made by Burford Electronics in the UK, just for this purpose, it's hand made and great value.
