Casey - The guy holding up the wall studied under the very best wall-holder-uppers so there is an upcharge ;)

Good sounding amp! One design thing that looks awesome but is really not helpful (from a functionality perspective) is the chrome control plate. That makes it really hard to read the labels on the amp. But, I really loved the guy in the shorts holding up the wall in the background. How do you get him to remain so still through the whole video? He never moved! That's amazing!

The “Texas Heat” was inspired by the late Tweed and early Black Face designs such as the Supers and Twins but in a single ended Class-A design. The amp comes with Custom Voodoo Designed Mercury Magnetic transformers (power, output & choke transformers), 12” Eminence Legend 1258 Series speaker & high quality 13ply Baltic birch cabinet construction. We are proud to officially state that “Texas Heat” is 100% made by hand in the USA at our facility in Lansing NY (no printed circuit boards). This sound/video was made using a Shure SM57 as Premier Guitar wanted continuity among all manufactures demos. For higher quality media clips please visit the following link - http://voodooamps.com/home/Products/Ampl ifiers/10WattSeries/TexasHeatSE10/tabid/ 286/Default.aspx --- Special thanks to artists Kenny Shipment & Chris Henry for playing on this clip! The 1st guitar Kenny used was a reissue 1962 Fender Strat (stock) & The Tele used on the 2nd clip that Chris Henry played is an Echopark Guitar made for Brad Whitford of Aerosmith.

The amp is suggestive of an updated version of my early 80's Fender Super Champ. It would have been nice to run a Les Paul or an ES335 through it as part of the demo. Nice amp, but not worth $1495 in my estimation.
