I own many guitars. The Rickenbacker 325 has always been one of my dreams. Sadly here in South Africa, they are as scarce as second-hand coffins

Charles looks like he just woke up but worse he pronounces Rickenbacker incorrectly in his introduction. You have much better interviewers, use them.

Charles, it was George Harrison, not Pete Townsend who made the Rickenbacker famous back in the 60's. Harrison was playing Rickenbackers long before Pete ever did.

CEO in jeans and Production Manager in shorts. That's my kind of job! Not really my kind of look for a guitar, but definitely appreciate their history and craftsmanship. Nice to see someone using as much US parts as possible yet still keeping things somewhat affordable. Nice balance of machine and people. "Hand made" these days means machines are used by hand so basically its not that much different anymore. I've had "hand made" items that were junk vs machine and visa versa.

Fantastic! Love my 330. As much as I would like to get a foot in the door doing this kind of work, I think its awesome the skill is being handed down from generation to generation. It speaks well for the future of the luthier craft.

They don't make left handed guitars or basses at the time. Mr. John Hall doesn't like lefties players (except Mr. Paul McCarntey), another reason is welcome!
