Line6 has had this exact same thing for several years as a developer's product for pedal building hobbiests. But given that you can already buy a Line6 M5 Stompbox Modeler with tons of pedals preinstalled, that pretty much obsoleted the ToneCore approach. Costs a bit more, but worth it.

Maybe the problem is that the link was supposed to take us to the Digitech demo; the description above refers to a Fender segment; and the video itself features Dunlop.
