This review is messed up. Please go to Tavo's website and he has a lot of really good reviews of his amp. It is far better than what they are portraying here. Also while your there check out all his great pedals as well. The guy is really top notch.

RE: the reverb. The Bassman circuit's design makes it difficult to tap into to add an internal reverb. What you hear in the demo is about as good as you'll ever get. You need to use an external reverb pedal or tube reverb unit between your guitar and the amp for the best reverb effect.

Check out Greg V on youtube. He knows how to demo an amp.

A pet peeve of mine is muted playing on a demo. It says little about an amp or axe. Please let some notes and chords ring!

Good job Shawn. Nice amp, and I wouldn't expect the reverb to sound like a Fender '63 tank.

Another incomplete demo from PG...I like half the amp and still wonder about the other half (clean) with a Ric (?). No explanation of the speaker/cab too. What gives?

If the reverb was on 10 here, it must sound non existent at 3 or 4. Also, as Tom said, how about changing the settings on the amp?

If the reverb is on "10" it seems a bit weak. great sounding amp though.

Here's a suggestion: since this ia an amp demo, how about changing the settings on the amp? This is more of a "see what kinds of sounds my guitars have at my favorite amp setting?" This "demo" provides no info on the range of any of the amps settings.

Nothing special. It can't touch my Tonemaster, old Super, or '57 Deluxe, though. Re: the knobs. Like UAD's stuff, it's fun to believe that you are 'back then'. Only, it's an illusion. (stickers on a nice Gretsch??!!)
