Got a kick out of that Recording King comment. I've heard other idiots say they would choose a Yamaha over a Martin. You couldn't give me a Taylor, they have the tone of a bolt on neck. Keep in mind that your computer is only going to sound like it's speakers. I've gotten and estimated street price at 2999. for the D28 model.

wow how can they ask that kind of money in this economy? buy a $2000 taylor sounds better and more affordable. godin sells a solid wood series guitar with a pre-amp, seagull series any where from $1100 to $1700 made in canada they sound fantastic, in fact they sound like the $12,000 model when hooked up to a decent amp.

Shawn couldn't tell the body was rosewood just by looking at it??? The demo is somewhat useless since we're hearing the acoustic sound of the guitars rather than the amplified sound for the most part so it all sounds the same through my speakers. Good info though. as for the price, mthat sounds like list.
