PG's Jason Shadrick is on location in Burbank, California, at the Fender Artist Showroom where he sits down with Foo Fighters' Chris Shiflett. In this segment, Shiflett talks about his two vintage Fender Telecasters that he uses with Dead Peasants and Foo Fighters.

well those are 2 nice tele's but why isn't he talking about the Chris Shiflett signature model. That guitar is awsome looking and the twin humbuckers in it looks like a tele that you could really rock out with.

I like how a guy that successful know so little about his equipment. It seems that he spends more time actually playing guitar than he does reading guitar magazines.

Nice interview and seems to be a down to earth guy... I also am a Tele lover, but Les Pauls still rule the earth. Luckily...I have both. Again, great interview and best of luck to you Chris. T.

My band was lucky enough to open up for Chris and the Dead Peasants a couple of years ago when they toured and Chris was the nicest guy possible. Everyone was running behind on time and he just told us to go ahead and set up and play and his band didn't even take a sound check to make sure we had time to play. No ego. Great guy and his band was a lot of fun to see.
