Stan Miller on 12/24/2012	I agree about the high gain vs. air. I can get much closer to a great Hendrix tone with a clean 1959 Tweed Bassman. And $25K? Give me a break. The audience won't know the difference. Old Fender amps rule the day.
Zemaitis on 12/24/2012	I have one of the new Trainwrecks being built by JM. A buddy of mine has a couple of the Ken Fisher built TW. We are going to do a shot out to compare them as soon as we get some free time. I'll shoot some video and put it up on YouTube when we do, most likely in the new year. The one I have is a great sounding amp, I even got some NOS big bottle 6V6's to lower the wattage a bit, used it on a gig and still got the great Trainwreck sounds out of the amp.
