on 01/26/2013 		EC is a new company trying to get off the ground. New companies given the chance can bring new & bold ideas to the table. Which is fortunate. They typically won't have the kinds of funds like the bigger established companies.

on 01/26/2013 		I wonder is there or has there been a trademark issue here with Eric Clapton. Their logo art closely mimics that which Fender uses and was enough to pic my interest in the product. That level of confusion is often good enough to support a plaintiff's case.
