Neal is one of the most overlooked, undercelebrated players of the 70's, 80's, and to see him out touring still is quite inspiring. He plays for the song, not for his ego.

C'mon guys. I can understand you not liking N.S., but the guy CAN play (can't tell it by this video). P.R.S. guitars are very fine instruments. I have seen few "bad" ones. The quality and playability are just about unmatched in a production instrument. I have had several and really liked them. But...they just don't have the Gibson "voice".

The only radar this guy is on is the total douche radar.

I always am amazed when a signature guitar gets realeased. There are many guitar playrers alive who are much better players than N S. PRS did get Carlos Santana, a great player who's #20 among the Rolling Stone's list of the top 100 best guitarist od all time... Neal's not even on their radar. It's difficult for me to understand what all the fuss is about, by most standards, N S never was on the first string of the team.

I have a PRS and it could be the best all-around guitar I've ever played. Not top-of-the-line but my best guitar. I also have a $130 ES-335 copy that's hard to stop playing - it's that nice. Okay, it's a laminated top, but so what, I love it! Play your guitar, make the best music you can with it and if you can buy a custom-shop instrument, that's great. There are a lot of builders making great instruments, just as there are players creating beautiful music or creating noise...and loving it! PRS is arguably one of the top builders in the world, I think they've earned some respect.

Schon and Santana both sounded their best when they played Les Pauls. Of all he guitars Carlos has played at rate them in order from best to worst 1971 Gibson Les Paul w/ bill Lawrence Pickups 1974 Gibson L-6S w/ Bill Lawrence pickups - stock Gibson SG 1977 Yamaha SG 2000 ( I think the model # is right) PRS - I have never liked the tones he gets from this - nasally

I was there folks, I hate to say it but Neil is kinda stuck up. He showed up with 4 or 5 bodyguards. People/fans were smiling and waving to him, he really didn't Acknowledge anyone. He just seemed as if he was ready to leave. I'm sorry for him...

I guess some people don't understand what custom made means. It also means you don't have to like it. When you have the bucks you can have your own made to what you like. As far as comment of age and stuff please don't put your pic online and shut up and learn from the best.

I don't like mounting rings to begin with, but on this neck pickup I think it looks particularly awkward, being so close to the cutaway.
