Epiphone’s 50th Anniversary Collection includes the “1962” Sorrento outfit in Natural and Royal Olive; the “1962” Sheraton E212TV outfit in Cherry featuring the historic Tremotone tremolo, the “1962” Sheraton E212T featuring the classic Frequensator tailpiece in Cherry, Natural, and Vintage Sunburst, and the “1962” Crestwood Custom outfit in Cherry. To commemorate the series, each collector’s series model is limited to a production run of 1,962.
Each “1962” Collection instrument features mortise and tenon neck joints, Gibson USA or Alnico Classic mini-humbuckers, and Wilkinson™ or Grover™ machine heads. The “1962" Sheraton E212 Outfit comes with a choice of the classic Frequensator tailpiece (E212T) or the historic Tremotone tremolo tailpiece (E212TV).
