Eastwood Guitars Introduces New Warren Ellis Signature Tenor Guitar

Eastwood Guitars introduces the new 2 pickup model of the highly successful Warren Ellis Signature Tenor Guitar.

Toronto, Canada (April 12, 2013) -- Eastwood Guitars introduces the new 2 pickup model of the highly successful Warren Ellis Signature Tenor Guitar. Since the introduction of the single pickup version in September of 2010, the Warren Ellis Signature Tenor Guitar has been a top selling model around the world and the new tone capabilities of the 2P model will continue the momentum.

Based on the award winning 23” Warren Ellis Signature Electric Tenor Guitar, the two pickup model features a solid alder body and a bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and the popular custom single coil blade Humbucker in the neck position. This new model adds a NY Mini Humbucker to the bridge position and two slide switches with volume and tone controls. The initial release is available in Sonic Blue with a Tortoiseshell pickguard and chrome hardware.

“The new 2P gives me a better top end and has opened up more possibilities in my writing. I have both on stage with me this month at every Nick Cave and Grinderman show” says co- designer and multi-instrumentalist Warren Ellis.

“Players really get the concept of the Tenor," said Mike Robinson, President and founder of Eastwood Guitars, "it has allowed guitarists to discover a totally new sonic pallet… and now with the addition of the extra pickup and alternative tunings the possibilities seem endless.”
