Gilmour to Premier Big Screen Version of Concert DVD

Live Satellite Appearance Planned

Centennial, CO (August 1, 2007) - 165 North American theater screens will premiere David Gilmour’s 85-minute theatrical version of his live concert DVD, “Remember That Night- Live at the Royal Albert Hall.” The showings will be in high definition.

The event, scheduled for Saturday, September 15th, will also include a live, one-song performance by Gilmour and a Q&A session via satellite from London.

The concert recording features songs from David Gilmour’s On An Island CD and an array of Pink Floyd fan favorites, including “Echoes,” which was performed in its entirety for the first time in 20 years. Gilmour was joined by special guests David Crosby, Graham Nash and David Bowie for a unique performance of the Pink Floyd classic, “Arnold Layne.” Richard Wright, Phil Manzanera, Dick Parry, Guy Pratt, Jon Carin, and Steve DiStanislao also made appearances.

The recording is the culmination of a three night performance at the prestigious London venue last May. Renowned director David Mallet utlized 23 HD cameras for the production. The DVD version runs more than three hours long. It will be released September 18th.
