Los Angeles, CA (October 22, 2013) -- Perri Ink. Custom Guitars announced the debut of the Rocky IV custom bass guitar today, the company's first offering to the bass market.

The bass features a contoured solid alder body, a one piece maple neck with black block inlays and a 34" scale length, Jenz machine heads, a Seymour Duncan Music Man pickup and EQ circuit, and absolutely stunning 12K Gold leafing by the world famous SoCal painter Sonny Boy.

According to Perri: "We're extremely proud of our very 1st custom bass guitar. Many ideas have culminated in the finely tuned instrument you see here, starting with the the desire to combine the features and aesthetics of the world's three most popular basses. This bass is one serious tone machine."

In conjunction with the release photographer Austin M Bauman shot stills in the ring at Kosmo's Boxing Academy in San Bernardino, CA, and filmed a short video of pro session and touring bassist Brian Weaver (Silvertide, Harlot, Sebastian Bach, Paramore) demonstrating the look and sound of the instrument.
