The German Spruce top, Indian RW back and sides, ebony Fretboard, French Polish finish with Florian's Modified cutaway is being offered up for sale.
This one in particular had corners cut everywhere - shaving off all unnecessary material on the braces without reducing their stiffness, thinning the back to make it resonate more, keeping the liners light and so on... Florian was very happy to achieve this weight.
Florian's dream is to make a guitar that is as light as a lute, so somewhere under 1000 grams (2 pounds approximately). And he makes it sound good, of course.
