USA Shipping - Most guitar boxes are oversized and run $40-$50 UPS in the lower 48 States. Shipping is at buyers expense. We ship electric guitars internationally under these conditions. Buyer must pay by bank wire transfer and shipping must be USPS for electric solidbody guitars only. We charge $20 for customs documentation preparation. |

We offer 24 hr approval on guitar purchases from the time it is received. Please ask all necessary questions about item before order because if returned, original shipping fee is not refunded for any reason. All amp sales are final. Amps are all in good working order when shipped and are verified to be as original as we are able to determine. All returns must be insured and shipped at buyer's expense. A refund will be given only after we receive and inspect instrument and it is in the same condition it was sent to you. Damage claims are the responsiblity of the party who ships the merchandise. LAYAWAYS*** We offer 60 day layaway with 20% down. Please do not ask us to hold items until a payment has been arranged. No approval period is offered for layaways (in store or internet orders) and no refund is given if item not paid for. |
