Guitars and Audio Stuff started as a pro audio shop in Downey, California in 1983. Vince Motel was working for Ken Wahrenbrock doing R&D on the Pressure Zone Microphone and running the front office. When Ken retired Vince started Audio Stuff.

We accept Visa, MasterCard,American Express, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks. Items paid for with a personal check will not be shipped until the check clears. Any returned checks will be subject to a $20 service fee. |

All items will shipped Fed Ex Ground freight unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please contact us by email at contact@guitarsandaudio.com with any questions or to request an alternate shipping method. We also can ship by Fed Ex and USPS. |
| Return Policy: |
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from guitarsandaudio.com we will exchange it, give you a full credit, or refund the purchase price of the item if you contact us within 15 days from the shipping date and if the equipment is returned in undamaged condition. You will need a return authorization (RA) number to return any merchandise. This RA number must appear on the outside of the package when sent. Please contact us by email for the RA number. All returned items must be returned with the original packing materials, documentation, registration and warranty cards. The product must be properly packaged to arrive in undamaged condition. Ship your item prepaid and insured. CODs for shipping will not be accepted. |
