Tone Tubby Ceramic 10" 8 or 16-ohm 50-watts speaker, with the standard H1E Hempcone! The 10" Ceramic Tone Tubby speakers are hot off the production line! With the exact same voice coil and similar magnet as its big brother, the Ceramic 12", this is a BIG sounding speaker in a small 10" package! The Tone Tubby Ceramic 10 offers an amazing range of tone, throughout the entire guitar frequency range. More overall lows, mids and highs, with NO "cone cry" or "ice pick highs". Classic ceramic magnet speaker clarity and definition, with later, smooth breakup, more clean headroom, and slightly more bright frequencies than its AlNiCo 10 counterpart. This amazing speaker provides a smooth and warm tone, with fat, silky and thick overdrive without any harsh high end. Compared to several other 10" speakers, I've tested it against, it has a tighter bottom end, bigger mid-range and sweeter, smoother top end. Ideal for both closed back or open back cabinets. Tone Tubby is the first "new" line of speakers, that we have tested in many years, that has just plain "knocked us out"!

The THD UniValve was the 2001 amplifier of the year at Guitarist Magazine, which they said "... is destined to go down in amp history as one of the world's ultimate studio amplifiers."
The THD UniValve is an American made, Class-A single-ended, 15-watt, tube amplifier, with a built-in THD Hot Plate power attenuator, Line Out and selectable output impedance selector.
The UniValve is designed with a self-biasing circuit that allows you to easily switch the octal type output tube at will, for an amazing breadth of different tones, without re-biasing the amp. Usable tubes include EL34, 6L6, 6550, 7027, KT90, KT88, KT77 and KT66, for a nominal output of 12 to 15-watts RMS. With the amp set to the "LoV" setting you can also use a 6V6 for a total output of 5-watts. An EL84 output tube may also be used with the purchase of the THD YJUni Yellow Jacket adaptor.
The two preamp tubes may also be easily switched with any combination of 12AX7, 12AT7, 12AU7, 12AY7 and 12AZ7 dual triode preamp tubes, for an even greater pallet of complex tone capabilities.

A smooth and warm tone, with a mid-range airiness and fat, silky and thick overdrive without any harsh high end and NO beyond-the-limits "farting out" that tends to plague other low-wattage AlNiCo speakers. In an open back cabinet, the mid-range airiness provides the most 3-dimensional tone, when compared to the other dozen speakers we have side-by-side in demo cabinets.
