"high end" is subjective. And $9500 bucks is not cheap in comparison to many great playing guitars. Over $20k is just plain dumb unless you are a collector or a major artist. Who needs a 20k instrument or who would want to play one in fear of damaging it? Give me a good old Gibson ES175 and let the skills do the talking.

$9500 is actually quite cheap for a high-end Jazz guitar. Most of the really great contemporary builders of Jazz boxes price their guitars over $20,000.

Nice interview and very nice instruments! True artists. But the George Benson guitar is 6600 EU ($9500)....YIKES!! That's a lot of money, but hey they have a year back-order so good for them. You can get a 4 string bass for only $5000.
