Roland on 02/10/2013	I sourced wood for Gibson till 2010 till went back to the factory, so does the indo makers, a cut (or "bunk")of wood from us compared to indo selection would surprise you. a tree is a tree, I have an Ibanez Mahogany bodied guitar that rivels cuts we took. I wouldn't be so quick to find fault in wood and workmanship .Anyone that played a pre 2007 Std could tell you that.
floorboard on 02/09/2013	What he said...reliable source told me all the parts are made in Indonesia, shipped to Japan and assembled there. That way, they can say it's made in Japan.

FujiX on 02/04/2013	LTD Elite is ESP's answer to the Ibanez Premium series. But LTD Elite is Japanese made, Ibanez Premium is Indo built from Japanes parts and trained by Japanese luthiers. You decide for yourself what is better.
