The CLEAN channel is designed to recreate the warmth and brilliance of vintage amps.
The DRIVE Channel, is designed after our award winning GURUS Doubledecker mkII preamp pedal, which recreates the classic sound of Vintage British stack amps, from edge to hi-gain distortion, it just growls when boosted by pedals. The new mini hybrid bass amplifier delivers 50 watts via a single 12AX7 preamp tube and a solid-state power amp.
JOYO introduces the BaDass, the latest addition to the Bantamp line of mini hybrid amplifiers. JOYO designed the BaDass for bass and it's the first bass amplifier in the Bantamp product range.
The new BaDass Bantamp is a hybrid amp that produces 50 watts into a min load of 4 ohms. The preamp uses a single 12AX7 tube and power section is solid-state. The BaDass features a 3 band EQ, separate gain and volume controls, and a compressor. There is a foot switch to engage the compressor, or you can use a mini switch on the front of the amp. You can connect to the BaDass with Bluetooth to jam along with your songs. There is also a headphone output for quiet practice. The amp is compact and light weighing in at 1.2kgs / 2.6 lbs. and measures 163 x 110 x 140 mm / 6.4 x 4.3 x 5.5 inches. The street price of the BaDass is $189.99.
"We've been looking forward to JOYO releasing a bass amp for the Bantamp series since JOYO first released the Bantamp series in 2016," says Ed Matthiack of Osiamo. "The Bantamps are small and light and are quite loud. Most players are surprised that such a small amp can pack such a big punch. We think the BaDass will meet the needs of bass players looking for an amp that will work for practice, rehearsal, and small gigs."
JOYO's Bantamps are mini hybrid amps that have been designed to emulate the tone of famous amplifiers. The BaDass is the first Bantamp designed for bass and joins nine other Bantamps designed for guitar. Bantamps are designed and manufactured in China by JOYO.
