Elizabeth Day is a Nashville-based touring and studio guitarist who has traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad. She has appeared on the TV show Nashville, and opened for the Doobie Brothers, Chicago, Lynyrd Skynyrd, George Benson, Martina McBride, Zucchero, and many other major acts. Day is also a well-respected guitar instructor, and founder and co-owner of Root Note Studio, a lessons studio based in Nashville and Lowell, Massachusetts. She also gives private instruction, with a world-wide student base, and works as a guitarist-for-hire.
