Summer NAMM: Benedetto Travel Archtop & Solidbodies

Benedetto''s new archtop takes jazz sounds on the road

Nashville, TN (July 1, 2008) -- Keeping up on playing while you''re on the road is a perennial problem for pretty much anyone who travels. It''s why we''ve looked in depth at travel guitars, and presented a cheap solution to traveling with an amp. At Summer NAMM, Benedetto showed us that they''re thinking the same way with their travel-sized archtop. With carved woods and a 23" scale, the travel archtop stays true to Benedetto quality at a portable size.

We also look at the company''s flagship Manhattan archtop, their Bravo Elite 16" model, and some of their solidbody guitars, including the new Bene Pro.
