Gibson partners with the Everly Brothers family for a limited-edition acoustic guitar equipped with AA flame maple and capped with dual pickguards.
Equipped with a AA flame maple back and sides paired with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top, the guitar is capped with the dual pickguards that The Everly Brothers made famous. The Everly Brothers SJ-200 features a stunning Ebony finish and also has essential SJ-200 cosmetic appointments including classic mother-of-pearl graduated crown inlays on the rosewood fretboard, as well as a “Moustache” bridge with four bar mother-of-pearl inlays. The bridge saddle, nut and bridge pins are bone, while Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure solid tuning stability; an SJ-200 hardshell acoustic guitar case is included.
Alongside the release of the SJ-200, on Friday, June 17, the 17-track compilation album HEY DOLL BABY, will be released worldwide via Warner Records. On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19, 2022, the star-studded virtual concert, “Hey Doll Baby Festival: Celebrating The Lives & Music Of The Everly Brothers” will feature the legendary songs of The Everly Brothers will air in full on Sunday, June 19 at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT on the official Everly Brothers’ YouTube, Facebook, and Website.

Two Gibson-made acoustics honoring Elvis Presley's legacy: the Dove and SJ-200, both in Ebony.
The new Gibson Elvis Dove in Ebony features a solid Sitka spruce top, solid maple back, sides, and a mahogany neck capped with an Indian rosewood fretboard. The new Dove is equipped with a modern LR Baggs VTC electronics with an under-saddle piezo pickup and soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls, making it stage ready, right out of the case. The new Gibson Elvis SJ-200 features a maple back, sides, and neck, as well as a Sitka spruce top. The guitar features all of the attractive SJ-200 touches, including mother-of-pearl graduated crown and parallelogram inlays, an iconic Moustache bridge and an Indian rosewood fingerboard, and comes equipped with an LR Baggs VTC under-saddle pick up. As an extra personalized Elvis touch, both guitars come with a Kenpo Karate decal included in the hardshell case.

Fiery, Australian-born, platinum-selling, guitarist Orianthi Panagaris has been knocking people out with her playing for over a decade and has performed and collaborated with Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper, Carrie Underwood, and Richie Sambora, among others. Orianthi worked with the luthiers at the Gibson Acoustic guitar facility in Bozeman, Montana to create her dream customized Gibson SJ-200 acoustic in a standout Cherry finish. Featuring an SJ-200 body with a AAA Sitka spruce top and flamed maple back paired with an ES-345 neck, it's definitely a bit different than a standard SJ-200 acoustic guitar. Other personal touches from Orianthi include an ebony fingerboard with new lotus neck inlays and a mother-of-pearl Orianthi "O" symbol on the headstock, gold Grover Keystone tuners, a distinctive Cherry nitrocellulose lacquer finish and an LR Baggs Orianthi Pickup System that was custom-voiced for Orianthi and features adjustable saturation and soundhole-mounted controls.
