Milkman Sound Introduces the Dairy Air

A simple straightforward amp that serves as the perfect pedal platform.

San Francisco, CA (February 11, 2016) -- Milkman Sound amplifier company introduces the 30-Watt Dairy Air amplifier. The latest Milkman offering is a slim, trim gigging machine. The Dairy Air is a head you can literally take anywhere: from a local jam to a flight around the world. Designed to fit into tight spaces this small clean machine definitely will "churn" heads. Being a simple straightforward clean amp, it is the perfect pedal platform. Although it doesn't come with the signature reverb and tremolo that other products in the Milkman line have, when plugged in the rich and creamy tone of the Dairy Air will not have you wanting.

The Dairy Air is built with the same high quality components as every other Milkman amplifier: Mercury Magnetics, Jupiter Capacitors, Carbon Composition Resistors - its all in there! "I designed a custom aluminum chassis in order to make sure I could fit in all the best components." Every point is wired by hand, onto a custom made turret board, with cloth covered wire. The dairy air like all the Milkman amps are built like a tank and are ready for any situation. The amp is cathode biased, and runs a pair of 12AX7 preamp tubes in to either 6L6 or 6V6 output tubes. There is a 4/8/16 ohm output on the back panel so you can use any speaker cabinet you may already have, or you can get an optional matching speaker cabinet from Milkman. Street price $1899 for the head.
