On Location, Chicago: Naperville Music

Checking out local shops in the greater Chi-Town area

Naperville, IL (May 1, 2008) - We checked out a few music stores while we were On Location in the Chicago area. One of them was Naperville Music, a cool little shop with a local vibe and quite a history -- 34 years, in fact. We were immediately drawn to the high-end selection, which included Don Grosh, New Orleans and McNaught guitars.

Naperville Music''s Mark Gardner chatted with us about the shop.

Even the most seasoned professional can be completely sabotaged by a malfunctioning or poorly performing pedalboard setup. Things like layout and logistics may seem trivial until that boost pedal is just far enough out of reach to cause your crunchy, soaring solo to be decidedly quiet and squeaky-clean.
