Metallica's M72 World Tour will be extended into a third year with 21 North American shows spanning April, May, and June 2025.
The M72 World Tour’s 2025 itinerary will continue the hallowed No Repeat Weekend tradition, with each night of the two-show stands featuring entirely different setlists and support lineups. These will include the band’s first Nashville shows in five years on May 1 and 3 at Nissan Stadium, as well as Metallica’s return to Tampa after 15 years on June 6 and 8 at Raymond James Stadium. M72 has also confirmed its much anticipated Bay Area hometown play, to take place June 20 and 22 with the band’s debut performances at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.
In a new twist, M72 2025 will feature several single shows bringing the tour’s full production, with its massive in-the-round stage, to venues including two college football stadiums: JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York on April 19, and Metallica's first ever visit to Blacksburg, Virginia, home of the Virginia Tech Hokies. The May 7 show at Lane Stadium will mark the culmination of 20+ years of “Enter Sandman” playing as the Hokies take the field.
In addition to playing football stadiums across the nation, the M72 World Tour’s 2025 itinerary will also include two festival headlines—the first being the opening night of the run April 12 at Sick New World at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. May 9 and 11 will then mark a festival/No Repeat Weekend combo as Metallica plays two headline sets at Sonic Temple at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
Support on M72’s 2025 North American run will come from Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies and Ice Nine Kills. See below for specifics.
Additionally, M72 2025 will see Metallica’s long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand.
M72’s 2025 North American leg is produced by Live Nation and presented by new sponsor inKind. inKind rewards diners with special offers and credit back when they use the app to pay at 2,000+ top-rated restaurants nationwide. Oasis Live '25 UK and Ireland tour announced, featuring shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin in the summer of 2025. The long-awaited reunion of Liam and Noel Gallagher promises to be one of the biggest live moments of the decade. Tickets on sale August 31st.
Oasis today ends years of feverish speculation with the confirmation of a long-awaited run of UK and Ireland shows forming the domestic leg of their OASIS LIVE '25 world tour. Oasis will hit Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin in the summer of 2025. Their only shows in Europe next year, this will be one of the biggest live moments and hottest tickets of the decade.
The Oasis live experience is unlike anything else. The roar that greets them as they step on stage. A set full of wall-to-wall classics. The spine-tingling sensation of being in a crowd singing back every word. And especially the charisma, spark, and intensity that only comes when Liam and Noel Gallagher are on stage together.
The brothers have flourished with their own projects since the band split in 2009, with ten UK #1 albums between them as well as countless festival headline sets and stadium and arena shows. But Oasis is something else. There has been no great revelatory moment that has ignited the reunion – just the gradual realization that the time is right. Yet the timing must be a subconscious influence. This Thursday represents 30 years to the day since their electrifying debut album Definitely Maybe was released, while 2025 will see the equally essential second record (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? reach that same anniversary.
Oasis commented,
“The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
Plans are underway for OASIS LIVE ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year.
Oasis’ legend has only been amplified in their absence. The classics that Liam and Noel have played in their solo shows have inspired phenomenal public demand for the band to make a long-awaited return, while the Knebworth 1996 film provided a taste of their exhilarating live performances to a whole new generation. They remain a huge draw in the streaming era, with 21.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone and a total of 12 billion streams to date. This Friday will also see the release of the Deluxe 30th Anniversary Edition of Definitely Maybe, which is available to pre-order.
Tickets for the UK dates go on sale from 9 am local time on Saturday, August 31st, and will be available from ticketmaster.co.uk, gigsandtours.com, and seetickets.com. Dublin tickets will be available from 8 am that same day from ticketmaster.ie.

A quick recap of the Oasis UK story. Formed in Manchester, the band quickly became one of the biggest cultural phenomenons of the era as Definitely Maybe became the fastest-selling debut album in British history – and has since reached 17x Platinum in recognition of 5 million+ UK sales. All seven of their studio albums went straight to #1, as did their 2010 compilation Time Flies…. Their catalog features eight #1 singles, from “Some Might Say” to “The Importance of Being Idle,” as well as another fifteen Top 10 hits.
That huge following translated to the live arena, most famously playing to 125,000 people each night during two shows at Knebworth. Other big moments included two headline sets at Glastonbury in 1995 and 2004; huge homecoming shows at Manchester City’s Maine Road stadium; and a run of Wembley Stadium gigs which were documented in the live album Familiar To Millions.
Their accolades have included six BRIT Awards, including the Outstanding Contribution to British Music, two Ivor Novellos, and seventeen NME Awards.

Yngwie Malmsteen unveils 2024 fall tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of his solo career.
Kicking off on September 26 in Fort Myers, Florida the 37-date tour will conclude on November 18 at New York City’s Gramercy Theater.
"I'm very excited to play this tour with all you guys and commemorate the launch of my solo career,” says Malmsteen. “It's been an amazing journey and it still feels like it's only beginning. I couldn't have done it without all of you and your support throughout all these years. Looking forward to creating some magic with all of you! More is more!"
Malmsteen’s latest album, ‘Parabellum,’ was released in July 2021 via Music Theories Recordings/Mascot Label Group. The album title is Latin, translating as "Prepare for War."

Yngwie J. Malmsteen was born into a family of classical musicians and opera singers. He received his first guitar on his 5th birthday but started playing it seriously at the age of seven. Originally inspired by the blues, he soon became infatuated with the sound and mind-boggling technique of violin greats such as Nicolo Paganini and Antonio Vivaldi.
In addition to adopting the virtuosity of classical violin into his guitar playing, he also incorporated the philosophical approach of J.S. Bach and other Baroque composers into his own compositions and orchestrations. This resulted in the creation of what is now known as Neo-Classical Hard Rock.
Coming to America as a teenager, he recorded various albums before signing a solo deal in 1984. This upcoming USA tour is in part to commemorate this groundbreaking album, but will also include numbers from over thirty solo releases spanning four decades of Yngwie Malmsteen albums up to the Parabellum album.
