Audix Announces Steve Young, CTS as Director of US Sales

Young has served over 20 years in the pro audio manufacturing industry. Young was most recently the Director of Large Venue Sales for Biamp/Community Loudspeakers. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales and Marketing at AtlasIED and joined Behringer for the launch of the X32 digital mixer.

“Singing on stage, experiencing worship, learning remotely in a virtual classroom or taking in an important meeting online – all of these experiences are just better with Audix microphones”, says Young. “With Audix’s USA-based manufacturing and engineering, we have the resources in-house for fast reaction to market demand. I look forward to working with new and existing Audix customers to grow our collective business.”

Young’s extended experience in the pro audio world is a welcome addition to Audix, as it grows into its 36th year of manufacturing innovative, high quality products.

In the impetuousness of my youth, I was, among other things, a reactionary chorus hater. Such were the obligations of a lad that preferred the Pebblescompilations to the Police in the 1980s.
