Xotic''s EP Booster emulates the tones of the EP-3 echo machine used by Page, EVH and Eric Johnson

Van Nuys, CA (August 25, 2009) -- Xotic Effects has announced the EP Booster. The pedal was designed to capture the magic of the legendary EP-3 echo machine used by Jimmy Page, EVH and Eric Johnson.

Xotic is using a discrete FET design and low impedance output, providing up to +20dB of boost with multi-dimensional, shimmering highs and lows. An internal DIP switches let you choose the boost frequencies, and EQ settings. Housed in a small 3.5"x 1.5" x 1.5" case with blue LED and transparent knob, the EP Booster can be powered by 9-volt up to 18-volts.
