PG's Joe Coffey is On Location at the 2010 LA Amp Show where he visits the Two Notes Engineering room. In this segment, we get our first look and listen at Two Notes' VM-202.
The VM-202 is a dual-processor guitar/bass cab simulator. It handles both analog (line balanced/unbalanced) and digital signals. For it to work, you simply plug in your bass/guitar preamp (or other instrument with a line output) and you go straight into an exclusive tube stage simulator, along with the acclaimed Torpedo algorithm. You can play two cab + microphone simulations simultaneously and reproduce a multi-microphone miking process. The package includes over 50 speaker simulations, 50 speakers simulations, 8 microphone simulations, and 100 presets.

Zach loves his Sovtek Mig 60 head, which he plays through a cab he built himself at a pipe-organ shop in Denver. Every glue joint is lined with thin leather for maximum air tightness, and it’s stocked with Celestion G12M Greenback speakers.
