Anaheim, CA (January 27) - We got a chance to hear Egnater''s new Tourmaster 4100 at NAMM ''08. Bruce Egnater himself walked us through the amp''s features while Keith Howland of Chicago played through it. The Tourmaster 4100 brings classic Egnater warmth and richness to a 100 watt, four channel setup that ranges from crispy clean to full-on heavy grit. This amp has the boutique features you''d expect from Egnater, in this case a custom transformer, switchable wattage for each channel, an edge-leveling contour control and more. This is the amp that Bruce has at Guitar Center. Howland, a long time Egnater player, was actually hearing this particular amp for the first time as he did the demo.
