Few pieces of gear in the guitar universe are as recognizable, or colorful, as Boss’ iconic stompboxes. Now that historic look has been incorporated into the company’s instrument cables. Each of the new-gen cables comes with a straight and a right-angled connector. They’re made from oxygen-free copper wire and sport heavy duty braided shielding, for quiet, efficient use. The tag: $22.99 for a 10-foot cable. Also at NAMM, Boss showed off a new line of lightweight, securely padded, easy-to-carry pedalboard cases. The street price is $59 for the small size and $69 for the next step up.
