Gibson Introduces Brad Paisley J-45

The J-45 is inspired by the vintage "round-shouldered" J-45 dreadnought with Paisley''s custom appointments.

Bozeman, MT (April 29, 2010) -- Gibson Acoustic has announced the release of the Brad Paisley Signature J-45 acoustic. The J-45 is inspired by the vintage "round-shouldered" J-45 dreadnought with Paisley's custom appointments.



The guitar features an Adirondack red spruce top, mahogany back and sides and 1942-spec scalloped top bracing with multi-ply top binding, single-ply back binding and a double ring rosette. The headstock features a pre-war Gibson logo with banner emblem and a truss rod cover with Paisley's signature. The neck is a 1-piece mahogany with a modified V profile and rosewood fingerboard with Mother of Pearl paisleys on the 12th fret. Other features include a bone nut, rosewood bridge and Tusq saddle, and tortoise shell pickguard with engraved paisley design. The guitar comes with the Fishman Ellipse Aura pickup and preamp system. It comes in cherry sunburst finish and includes a hardshell case. MSRP $5158.
