Spider-Man Floor Controllers
"Each guitarist uses the Axcess Electronics foot controller to control their own Axe-FX unit differently. Carney, like Rock of Ages' Joel Hoekstra, programs chronological patches for each different sound, which allows him (or a sub) to just step through one at a time, even if some patches duplicate earlier ones. Beck sets banks of patches for each song, with some songs having up to seven patches, plus effects pedals that can be turned on and off in real time to add flavor as necessary. Butler also stores banks per song, with up to five patches for each song. "
