PG's Joe Coffey is On Location at the 2009 New York Show where he

stops by the Synaptic Amps booth. In this video, we meet Synaptic Amps

founder Steve O'Connor and he talks to us all about what the NY Amp

Show experience is about for him. In addition, he walks us through his

Pure-Drive SE model. This Pure-Drive SE is a 15 watt, class-A hand-wired head that features

point-to-point construction within cabinetry featuring dovetailed

Brazilian cherry/birdseye maple. It comes with a Mercury Magnetics

transformer, 2-12AX7 preamp tubes, EL34 (Mullard) power tube and three

control knobs (Middle, Treble and Bass).
