"My messy collection of pedals needs to be tidied up a little bit, along with buying an actual board (Pedaltrain Pro 4 most likely), but as I'm not yet in a band, the pedals don't need to be transported all the time," says Michael Bauwens of Belgium. His chain goes as follows: Guitar (Gibson ES-335 or Tele MIM or non-Fender Strat), Boss TU3 tuner, Vox V847 Wah, Dunlop Uni-Vibe (plus expression pedal to the right of the wah), Boss DS1 Keeley Modded distortion, Dunlop JHF1 Fuzz Face, EHX Big Muff Pi w/ tone wicker, Behringer EQ700 (simply used for a little bass-mid boost), Rocktron Hush pedal, EHX POG2, Line 6 FM4 (plus expression pedal), MXR Carbon Copy Delay, EHX Nano Holy Grail, Boss RC-3 Looper (plus Boss dual footswitch), and into a Fender Blues Deluxe. The Electro-Harmonix Nano Bassballs (for his bass) goes to input B of the Boss RC-3 and then to a little Fender Rumble 15. It's all being fueled by a T-Rex FuelTank Chameleon. "Not all pedals on my rig are essential, but I like to experiment with sounds and having fun with what you do is what's important, right?"
