Ashdown has announced that the company’s products will be exclusively available across the USA through Guitar Center and Musician’s Friend. The new distribution arrangement marks a watershed for the British company as it aims to build a larger following in America.
For the first time in nearly three decades, Ashdown will have a dedicated footprint across the United States, with products available through 300 Guitar Center stores and online at GuitarCenter.com. From instruments and effects to practice amps and full stadium ready rigs, American musicians will now have more opportunities to plug into Ashdown products.
This new partnership will introduce Guitar Center customers to a wide range of Ashdown gear, including the company’s new Made in England collection of bass and guitar amplifiers. The new Ashdown range comprises nine key product families:

The new exclusive partnership with Guitar Center comes as Ashdown approaches its 30th anniversary. Founded by Mark Gooday in 1997, the company is still family owned and based in the UK, with Mark’s son Dan Gooday serving as Managing Director of the growing enterprise.
