"Johnsonуs legendarily messy pedalboard was in full effect for his summer 2011 tour. The board starts with a master A/B switch for lead or rhythm. In his lead effects chain is an original Vox wah into an Echoplex into a Tube Driver, ending up in his Marshall. The rhythm splits off into another A/B box for two different rhythm options: clean or dirty. The clean rhythm goes to a loop box that engages the Electro-Harmonix Memory Man if he wants to use it, otherwise, it is bypassed and goes to a Boss DD-2 Digital Delay into a TC Electronic Stereo Chorus and ends up in Fender amps. The dirty rhythm is in a loop that goes to an Ibanez Tube Screamer, if he wants it, otherwise it goes straight into an original Fuzz Face into a rackmount digital delay. "
