The G-DEC 3 Thirty a tool for recording and rehearsing. To begin with, you don't just get the sound of a single amplifier, you get an entire room of amplifiers. No matter your playing style, you'll never be without a ton of incredible tones with 100 presets. Start off by using the G-DEC 3 Thirty's simple interface to design and perfect your own signature sounds. Then, dive into the limitless training power of the G-DEC 3 Thirty's incredible play-along function. Some of the greatest guitar players from around the world contributed to the 100 backtracks. The G-DEC 3 Thirty also give you access to MP3 and WAV file storage and playback, so you can play along with all of your favorite music. Use the included version of Ableton Live Lite 8 Fender Edition to record the rest of your band for private practice, or arrange all new tracks and load them up on your G-DEC 3 Thirty to work out the guitars. The G-DEC 3 includes 1/4" Guitar input, stereo line-out, USB, Aux input for CD/MP3 player and footswitch (expression pedal) input. The G-DEC 3 Thirty is a solid-state amp packed with 30 watts and features a 10" Fender Special Design with high-frequency tweeter .

Gibson’s Theodore model

PRS Guitars and Ted McCarty family drop “Theodore” trademark objection, and Gibson agrees to drop opposition to PRS’s “594” and “Silver Sky Nebula” trademarks and trademark applications.

PRS Guitars yesterday announced that it has withdrawn its objection to Gibson’s registration of the “Theodore” trademark. In a press release, PRS stated it continues to hold dear and protect its long-standing agreement with Ted McCarty and the McCarty family regarding the exclusive rights to the “McCarty” trademark and to McCarty’s name and persona, first developed directly with Ted himself more than 25 years ago. After a series of private negotiations, Gibson has also agreed to drop its opposition to PRS’s “594” and “Silver Sky Nebula” trademarks and trademark applications.
